Willine IKIREZI is a young healthcare management professional and entrepreneur, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Management with a concentration in Global Perspectives from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a co-founder of Dotpharma Ltd, a startup that utilizes technology to address global goals 3, 4, and 10. Dotpharma's digital platform enables patients to access medicine, personal care products, healthcare services, and information in a timely and remote manner.
As the current Managing Director of Dotpharma Ltd, Willine has over 3 years of experience in project management, creative art, and communication. She, along with the other two founders, oversees the day-to-day operations of the startup and contributes to the development of strategies that support the company's vision and growth.
Willine has played a pivotal role in the growth of Dotpharma, she raised over $9,000 in capital for product development and hiring essential personnel for daily operations. She also represents the startup in prestigious acceleration programs, including Bridge for Billions under Norrsken and Anzisha Prize 2022, which is Africa's largest venture-building program for young entrepreneurs.
In addition to her professional achievements, Willine is passionate about empowering others through her creative pursuits. She enjoys creating content such as quotes and poems and is a skilled public speaker. She initiated a project called "daily healing voice" where she shares empowering and inspiring quotes on her social media platforms for over 2 years, motivating and inspiring herself and others in the process.
Furthermore, Willine has a strong interest in peacebuilding and counseling, making her a valuable team player and an attentive listener. She is a lifelong learner, continuously striving for personal growth in various aspects of life.
