Cliff Muligande is a Technology Executive with a vast experience of 18 years in Information Technology. Currently Cliff Muligande serves as Group Chief Technology Officer at BK Group with a mandate to drive innovation and technology-related decisions, foster synergy and use capital to make investments that aid the Group subsidiaries namely Bank of Kigali, BK General Insurance, BK TecHouse, BK Capital and BK Foundation in reaching their goals.
Before joining BK Group, Cliff Muligande worked with MTN Rwanda where he significantly contributed to the growth of Mobile Money business, drove Digital Transformation agenda, led the implementation of Data and Information Security strategies that have seen the Organization flourishing.
Cliff Muligande holds a bachelor's degree in Information Management from Adventist University of Central Africa, and he is a Certified Chief Information Officer (CIO) from Carnegie Mellon University.
